"Pros-The hotel is a small boutique hotel.It has a fantastic setting.The beach is beautiful and you are able to see the sunrise from the beach.the loungers are sufficient.The beach club and rooftop restaurant have a good selection of food.The staff specially Ann at reception were hardworking and friendly.The system of contacting them through WhatsApp works wonderfully and they get the job done immediately.they organised taxis etc and organised a wonderful New Year’s party.The decorations were...

"My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...

Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

"Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. "

Me gustó el trato del personal, el area de la piscina, la habitación muy bonita. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que se sentia mucho un olor a cigarro en los ascensores. Les sugerería tener un fridge para que los huespedes puedan comprar bebidas :)"
