"Hotel was really well located for Nyhavn and some tourist locations. Room was as expected and breakfast options were good. Check-in staff were helpful and let me check in a little early."

"The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and clean however if you have courtyard room, be prepared for noises. There were noises from someone dragging the bin around midnight and early morning construction (7-8 am). Barely able to get good sleep."

"I stayed in standard room 2 nights , no more services and facilities, no daily cleaning with limited room space. Anyway it closed to metro station , restaurant and shopping. "

"The hotel itself is very picturesque and the staff really friendly. The breakfast was limited but very very good and happily ate there each morning. The room itself was a little dated and wasn’t cleaned properly. For example, on the ground below the bedside table someone had spilled a handful of nuts but was never cleaned up. Its also in a great location very close to the metro station. "

"Wonderful reception, room was ready early. Had three people in the room, so it was small for us but that’s to be expected in most European hotels. Danish design and decor. No air conditioning but we had operable windows and a fan. It wasn’t too hot in early June. "
