"Hotel was located directly on the beach and has good facilities. The only improvement i could recommend is the staff interaction, especially for the Restaurant Managers at the buffet areas."

"Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

"An absolute perfect place to stay before the season! Very rich breakfast and we have got an upgrade to a room with a sea view. The staff were young and extremely nice and professional! "The hotel was charming, located on a tucked away little street just a short stroll from the Venetian Port. Be aware that there are some stairs to get to the hotel and we were on the 5 th floor with no elevator. "

"Our stay at Azade Chania is beyond amazing. The hotel was built between 1600 - 1700 with a lot of history. Since it's newly renovated, the design is traditional with a modern touch. We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. The location of the hotel is great in old town so it’s a trade off. Our flight arrived late at night and the middle of the night check-in turned into an adventure.
