Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Staff is incredible, friendly and beyond helpful in navigating anything that may arise during your stay. Property is located within walking distance of anything you’d want to see or do with this area of the island.

Lovely staff at the reception, very clean hotel and great breakfast. The half board was not worth it in our opinion, set menu with somewhat bland food and very slow service. The breakfast on the other hand was very good and excellent service.

Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.

Excellent location and very nice hotel! Breakfast superbly prepared for each guest, instead of a buffet. Amazing rooftop views and you even see snow capped mountains nearby. Only drawback is parking and scented hallways and carpets. Yet, valet parking was free. Heated pool and sauna are a luxurious touch. Staff is very accommodating, cheerful and always happy to help! Will stay there again!!! Kudos to a wonderful staff, efcharisto Manolis!!!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are the nicest people and so friendly. The breakfast is over and above anywhere I have been. If you are lucky enough to come to Chania this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return.

A superb place

The staff were amazing. The hotel restaurant is fabulous. Much much better than the restaurants outside. An exceptional restaurant made all the better by the attention of the maître de Hereklis (hope I am spelling it correctly - apologies if I am not). The rooms are lovely and it close to the old town. Highly recommend the hotel!!

Staying at Chania Flair was fantastic! The location is very convenient and the staff was the best highlight. The included breakfast was delicious. Complimentary valet was very convenient but the hotel is tricky to get to by car the first time.

Wonderful staff! Enjoyed the location to everything and restaurants just a few steps away with seating along the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable, in fact the bed we slept on was the best bed I've ever slept on. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.
