"staff are all kind, polite, and friendly. Amenity are made by l’Occitane. Mineral water is free of charge. Nespresso coffee machine is in the room. House cleaning is well done. Spent very comfortable stay in this hotel. The view from the room was Plaza Espana, very nice view. Metro station was just nearby, convenient. Used car parking in the building, which cost 33 euros per day. The entrance of parking is not easy to find for the first time. But good level of security. I would like stay this...

Our room was clean, spacious, super comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff were super helpful. And the location was central to everything: always a 5-10 min walk to all major sites. We will definitely return here if we visit Madrid again."

"Det här hotellet är superfräscht. Bra säng, bra dusch. Plus i kanten för 65 tums TVn med Chromecast. Takbaren är riktigt nice. Tyvärr var den abonnerad på lördagen vilket var en besvikelse. Hotellets geografiska läge är perfekt för turistande. Du är inom 30 min promenad från i princip allt. "
