Absolutely loved! Amazing location, very walkable to museums, bars, restaurants. The hotel is beautiful. Clean, updated rooms, comfy beds, etc. The staff is amazing! Super helpful with everything we needed. Special shootout to Martin, Raquel and Paula who were superstars. Our go to hotel in Madrid for sure.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and the second stay was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)

This hotel was lovely. It is in a terrific central location, but it is on a quiet street. We stayed on the Red Level, and the access to the lounge was great. I worked there some afternoons, and it made working on vacation a little better! I would not hesitate to return!

Fantastic staff who were attentive from the moment you arrived to departure. The concierge was also excellent with some great recommendations. The roof top bar was fabulous with views to the palace and the cathedral. The only negative was the price of the hotel breakfast but there are plenty of fabulous spots to go outside the hotel . This is a truly fabulous hotel but what sets it apart is its staff.
