"Very nice hotel. Great location in the French quarter. Staff was very friendly. Had a Junior suite with an awesome balcony over looking the courtyard. However, bed sagged and left our backs aching. Told the staff after the first night and they said they would look into it but they didn’t. Got a cot for the third night which was more comfortable than the main bed. "

"It was the best stay ever. Especially Somi, the doorman(I am not sure if I remember his name correctly, but I heard that he's from Mumbai) was really kind and helpful. Not only him, everyone in this hotel was wonderful. If i visit barcelona again, i will definitely stay here. And breakfast is really nice, too. I love carrot cake and tuna sandwich. 깔끔하고 중심지와 가깝고 조식이 맛있어요. 직원들도 정말 친절합니다. 다시 바르셀로나 오면 묵을 것 같은 호텔."

"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."

"The room was a bit small & there was not sufficient space for baggage except on the floor or bed. The design in the shower causes splashing outside of it & will eventually cause damage to the flooring, there was minimal space at the sink for one's toiletries & lighting at the mirror over the sink was less than sufficient.
