"Been some time since we stayed at this hotel. Still a good option as a central location. However the hotel is a little tired. Rooms however clean and comfortable and a great shower. Breakfast was ok. Basic. Orange juice worst I have ever had, poor squash at best."

"This is a very smart hotel which is kept clean and tidy. It has a very nice bar, a restaurant and leisure club. I only used the bar but did eat there - the menu is very limited but fine for a bar. "Friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, beds are good too. Breakfast buffet not extreme but well cared for and all you really need. Walking distance from airport arrivals/departures. Convinient location for NEC and/or railway station. Restaurant is fine if you don't want to wander off to city centre. Separate nice seating area with bar and cosy seating. Free WiFi worked good."

"Lovely hotel. Fairly inexpensive. Very convenient - short distance from major roads but didn't feel like it. Clean but basic. Looked like it had seen better days - clear signs of people trying hard to keep the place clean and fresh but it had a TV from the 80s and few comforts in the room. "Clean, quiet and perfect hotel for an early departure. I did not like that the shower was in the bathtub, it is very inconvenient but all other things were great. The restaurant was very nice, food was great but my colleague got a rump steak which was super red when ordering medium. He got a dessert as a compensation. My food was great."

"The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else."

"Upgraded to the deluxe double but was a little disappointed that room size was no different and there was no bottled water provided which I thought was a standard witn most hotels and a no biscuits or a chocolate which is always a nice touch.
