"Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel. Authentische Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die kleine Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit in Florenz…wir kommen gerne wieder."

"This place was great! The location is amazing if you're planning on the usual sites in Florence. We were just a few steps from the Duomo and not that far from anything else we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and it was the best shower we had in all of Italy. Waking up to the bells of the Duomo is a memory I will keep forever."

"This is a wonderful old place but…you MUST have a car! We did not have one but it’s very inconvenient and expensive to get one to come up to this area. Also - there is no dinner service on Sunday evenings - which was the day we stayed here. The staff was SO amazing and do make us a charcuterie plate - and they were wonderful. The rooms are sparse but very clean. "

"Excellent small hotel right in the center of Florence. Mario and Gabriel are the best hosts you can ever imagine!! The shower is the only setback::: it’s very small. But the breakfasts are huge and delicious.. and the Cappuccino…."

Hotel staff was awesome and allowed us to leave our bags before room was ready and also after checkout to do some more exploring before leaving by train. Great breakfast every morning. Room was comfortable and quiet and spacious. No complaints. "

"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Similar to other European properties, the outer door leads to a shared interior space. Reception is on the second floor. The staff was very kind and helpful and allowed to us to leave our bags before check-in time and provided us with a map of the city. Our room was spacious and clean. The room had an AC unit as well and it overlooked a little courtyard. Very pleasant stay. "
