“great for sightseeing”
Location is central to the excellent train service,for getting about Tokyo and surrounds. Acomfortable and agreeable place and very reasonable rates. I will return given the opportunity

“Fantastic location in Tokyo”
Shinagawa Prince is a great hotel - helpful staff, comfortable, clean and specially extremely well located, two minutes walk from JR Shinagawa train station. We will definetly come back and recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

I couldn't believe how good this hotel was. Was a bit worried when i found it so cheap on Expedia was shocked out how nice this hotel was. Staff speak enough english for us to get by and I would recommend anyone to use this if staying in tokyo. It has easy access to train system only thing is there isn't many places to go near by but there is a few coffee shops and pleases to eat so that was okay.
“Great hotel”
This is great hotel because of it's location aross the street from the JR station and subway station. There is plenty of food and entertainment options available within the hotel. However the room is very small but that is the same at most of Tokyo's hotels.
“Fantastic”
I haven't really stayed in a hotel before, so this was pretty much my first for my trip in Tokyo. But it was fantastic, before coming to the Shinagawa Prince, I'd been travelling around in Japan and staying in hostels, so for my last few days in Japan, I decided to spend in absolute comfort. I only picked out the cheapest rooms, but even that was fantastic. The JR Yamanote line, which is only across the road from the hotel makes it so easy to access to most major the major places in Tokyo, like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Ueno, Akihabara and Ikebukuro. So yeah, brilliant. Fantastic for the price too.
“Absolutely great for a few nights to get orientated!”
This hotel is extremely easy to get to from the airport. It is straight across the road from Shinagawa station - just look up it is so easy to see! The room is decorated in a modern style although it is slightly on the small side. Absolutely fine for 1 or 2 nights but any more than that with 2 people sharing and you would be feeling a little squished. Fabulous views out over Tokyo and an excellent Sky Bar.
“Great hotel”
For the price, I really expected this place to be a dump, but it is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. The facilities are very extensive, and everything that cannot be found at the hotel is nearby. The hotel is literally across the street from the Shinagawa Station, providing easy access to anything in Tokyo. The room was the smallest I have ever had at a hotel, but not nearly as cramped as the horror stories I had been told about Japan. Very pleasant experience overall, and I will stay there every time I return to Japan
“Excellent location”
This hotel is huge. We stayed in the annex block and it is a good idea to know which part of the botel you are staying before check in as they have separate reception for different blocks. Room is new, very clean and of reasonable size. It is very easy to move around with the train station just opposite the hotel. There is alot to do within the hotel - bowling centre, cinema, aquarium, shopping area, many places to eat incl Mac Donald! I will stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

Well managed hotel, rooms a little small but very well kept.
