In general the property is nice and surrounding east Texas pines are lovely. However, staff is below average and the facilities are showing their age.

Though older, the units were clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows wete comfy and the linens too. Liced all rhe activities snd clean pools. Putt putt water was dirty looking and frothy, if able to remedy that. Otherwise a great spot to stay and play!

The property is nice enough, but the marketing and pricing is a complete "bait and switch." The rooms we saw pictures of were not what we booked. They "upgraded" us... with the included "upgraded" price. The property is a time share and most of the amenities shown are not easily accessible. I would never book here again.
