Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, nearby parking garage and many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Only complaints is virtually no amenities pool, fitness center, or snack bar. Overall, I would most likely stay again.

The property was well kept and in a central location, close to various restaurants and shops. The only con was there was a lot of construction right by the property and at times it was a bit noisy from the construction and street noises. I like that I get an apartment with all the kitchen amenities and it was very comfortable.

Perfect home away from home !

Everything was amazing .We loved the room , it was very clean and felt like we were at home.The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Jarrod ,he was great at communicating before , during and after check-out .He is such a amazing person.The only downside was the parking , but that is only due to construction .I would definitely book again.

Amazing property in San Antonio!

Amazing location and property!! Quick walk to Alamo, Riverwalk, etc. plus our property was overlooking another water canal that is beautifully kept and very safe. We stayed at the 1 br premium apartment; it was stellar. Everything was extremely clean; cool lighting; great furniture and it was HUGE! Great to have a full kitchen as well, since we sometimes still like to cook when on vacation. The staff was very helpful, this will be our new place any time we visit San Antonio. Great job and thank you Placemkr!!

I had a fantastic stay at the place. The rooms were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. No reception and need to fill out extra information before getting there to get info, which makes it difficult for international travellers- no reception means your stuck outside trying to reach someone on intercom feels very costcutting admin- seems they are stuck with rules and not there to make ease of travel. Great location however and clean property with all needed essentials

This is our 2nd stay at a Placemakr facility and both have been excellent locations. San Antonio is walking distance to many things downtown (Market, historic buildings, etc). The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and the apartments are very well maintained and quiet. This is a great brand!

Fantastic Modern Use of Older Space

My stay was great. The room was immaculate and the staff was great. The bed was very comforable and all of the furnishings are elegant. I will definitely stay again. The only thing missing was ice trays. ;)

Fabulous hotel. Its basically an apartment, which was nice with all amenities. Super clean. Only issue is there is no parking. So had to park in a nearby parking garage which is $12.99 a night and 5 min walking to hotel. Not bad overall.

This unit is exactly as pictured. It is super clean, super cute and the bed is extremely comfortable with very nice bedding. It is very well stocked and overall a great place to stay. The building is nice and feels very safe. There was construction when I stayed so parking was a little tricky, but that is temporary. I had a very nice, very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

This was our first time visiting San Antonio. This is a new hotel in the area. It was really nice and clean. One of the staffers named Jerrod was a joy at the hotel. He was so nice and great to have conversation with. We had an issue in the room, and he came up with a solution right away. If we had a chance to visit again, this would be our go-to hotel. It was close to everything. Keep the great work!

The rental was what we needed for this visit to San Antonio. Clean building and room. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Quiet patrons. Excellent, and reliable front desk help during business hours, and you can text if needed. Walkable to many touristy attractions. Parking ramp within one block from the front door of the hotel (paking transaction is digital no person). Restaurant options close, both casual and fine dining. Just like other reviews, if you are a light sleeper this is a tough stay. Windows are not tight or sealed. You can hear all conversations walking by and all traffic. The wind is whistling through the leaky windows fulltime. HVAC very loud in primary bedroom. No dresser in primary. No full length mirror in unit. Good things to know for your stay in premium 2BR 2BA unit. Thank you.

Over the top

We were disappointed when we arrived at the site. The room we booked was not available but to compensate we were booked into two additional rooms. These rooms that we were allowed to stay in for our entire seven-day stay were great. The staff were amazing as the rooms were. The street noise is a bit because of the single pane windows mandated by the city for historical value. The rest of the place is over the top.

No where to hang towels in the bathroom and no toliet seat. Air condition extremely loud. The property was good but those two items would have been great inside the unit. Beautiful and clean room with tons of nice to haves. Washer and dryer with included dryer sheets and detergent. Dish washer with detergent. Nice fully usable kitchenette setup with utensils and plays and even pots and pans. Internet was good and easy to connect. Quiet at night, nice lobby! Staff during the day at the front is greeting and nice!
