We like this guesthouse so much that we extended our stay for another two weeks, Great location close to beach, restaurants, shopping and Baht bus to and from Pattaya. Bed is like a rock!

On the mattress it said Best Mattress. Hardest bed I slept in. I would rather sleep on a carpet floor.

Great little guesthouse with a wonderful and very helpful landlady. Located on Soi #3 in the center of Jomtien about 100 meters from Jomtien Beach Road and the beach. We had a studio apartment that we liked so much we extended our stay for another two weeks. The location is excellent because it is located on a street where mostly Thai people live and work. It has the feeling that you are truly immersed in the Thai culture and way of life which is beautiful. Our landlady Rhat introduced us to her neighbors when we arrived and within a few days we felt like part of the neighborhood. Kontiki is located within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Jomtien night market and shopping. For 10 Baht (40 cents) jump onto a baht bus on Jomtien Beach Road and go into Pattaya to experience the mayhem of the nightlife areas or the magnificent shopping malls. I highly recommend the Kontiki Guesthouse and we will return next time we are in Thailand. Wayne & Karen Knudson Vancouver Canada

Gute Unterkunft nähe Strand, geräumig und alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Kontiki würde ich wieder buchen und kann ich empfehlen.

Kontiki Guesthouse hadde fint nyoppusset rom, bra aircondition og ingen insekter. Det negative er at det er tynne dører ut til gaten så der er en del støy. Rommet skal rengjøres hver fjerde dag men det skjedde ikke. Husverten lovet om morgenen at det skulle rengjøres men det ble det ikke. På en måned fikk vi rengjort rommet tre ganger. Måtte også mase om håndkle og toalettpapir. Til den prisen vi betalte er ikke dette godt nok. Synd for rommet er virkelig fint.

Kontiki is a simple Guest House. It is not a Hotel, so no lobby, resto, pool, bar, etc. However, it is nice, safe, clean, and the landlady (Rajtai) is very attentive, accomodating, and her English is quite good. The property is a 3 minute walk from beach, bars, restos, transport so it is perfect. It is a kind of thin 4 level building with 2x rooms on each floor. Recommend lower floor balcony room.

Surprisingly good

This little guesthouse, located on walking distance to whatever you like to do on a holiday trip in Jomtien, is a place I really can recommend. Up like 50 m from Jomtien Beach road it's quiet even busy evenings. The room are clean and fresh and even has a small balcony where can sit having breakfast. Friendly and helpful manager speaks good English. Ok, there is no elevator, you have to walk the stairs, but what the hack. I can highly recommend Kontiki Guesthouse for a shorter or longer stay in Jomtien.

Очень милое место.

Мы жили в отеле 2/01/19 по 16/01/19,номер 31.Хозяйка очень положительная и приятная женщина,заселили сразу по приезду (после 14-00 ),номер большой,чистый с балконом.Вид из номера на другое здание.Есть все необходимое(чайник,микроволновка,холодильник,кондиционер,посуда,полотенце,(шампунь и гель для душа только в день заезда).Интернет есть.Очень хорошее расположение,рядом пляж,кафе,тук-тук в шаговой доступности.Ночью бывает шумно,но не критично.Рекомендую данный отель.
