Place was easy to get to, was a bit confused at first how to access entry but the biggest issue was we couldn’t find the remote control for the air conditioner, we contacted them but they said it was there, it was not, so we had no air conditioner the whole time, luckily we were gone during the days but sleeping was warm.

Three level Milan apartment…beware.

This apartment is on two levels that are quite impractical. The nice master bedroom is on the bottom floor and the two bathrooms are on the second floor with a nearly dangerous staircase (with no hand rail). We had no hot water nor heat upon arrival and once they were repaired the heater was on full blast baking the property. The kitchen had no coffee maker.
