A good stay at this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Lyon...good location, and friendly staffs. The room was very hot during our last stay...because it had no AC in the room. But the receptionist offered us a fan which helped a lot..

Hotel was good if it’s a basic stay - the shower was dirty I needed to rinse it before I used it - the bed was fine everything else was fine so would be happy to stay again if in that part of Lyon

Ibis budget Gerland

Located in the South of the City with tram & underground stops about 10 minutes walk away but major roadworks are taking place right outside the hotel. It is a budget hotel but was expensive for a very basic room

Staff were brilliant. Easy to cycle in to the city centre. Air conditioning would be welcomed in the rooms. Thank you to the security guard who advised us to turn our car around so that the bikes left overnight on the bike rack remained visible on cctv.

Cheap, cheerful. Acceptable, except only one extra pillow for 2 people. I asked at reception, but was told they could not provide another pillow under any circumstance. So one of us did not get a good nights sleep.

There was no air conditioning - and I only got an email the day before to tell me. Very hot so opened the window but traffic noise and mosquitoes meant we couldn't keep it open. Blind didn't close completely so sun came in through the gap. Area very rough. Not close to a metro station.

Not clean refuse to change sheets

They refused to change my sheets due to the fact that it’s too expensive however it’s the hotels policy to change the sheets it was advertised on the rooms and elevator that they will upon request so I did and the response that I got it that it’s too expensive we won’t change these sheets if you want sheets don’t stay in a cheap hotel and buy one for 500 euros a night that’s what the receptionist said I’m not happy. Do not stay here never felt safe in here. Ibis is meant to have a standard however this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at never again. Floor was dirty bed was uncomfortable. Shower head didn’t have enough pressure and noise from the other room is loud

Bonjour a notre arriver les travaux et pour trouver l entrée de l' hôtel une heure a tourner en rond car très mal indiquer manque des panneaux . Les toilettes le bouton chase d eau a nettoyé en profondeur et aspirateur plus a précision beaucoup de poussière toilette et mur chambre domage car l acceuil excellent malheureusement l hôtel et situé dans cartier pas très fréquentable camionette dans tous les rues je ne recommande pas a des personnes avec enfants

Chambre réservé pour 2 nuits , ensemble plus que convenable , à l’accueil un jeune homme très gentil et femme de ménage aussi gentille . Le seul hic à ce sejour sont les travaux qui nous forcent à passer par un espace très malaisant ( camionnette de prostitués le long du chemin ) avec les enfants à l arrière . Nous sommes arrivée de nuit , nous n avons rencontré aucun soucis pour rentré après avoir sonné mais le parking est petit .
