This hotel has undergone refurbishment and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, extra large bed complete with table and chairs. The en-suite has been fully updated and finished to a really high standard. Dinner was delicious as well as Breakfast. Staff friendly offering great professional service.

We stayed one night at the Green Hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean and there were plenty of good options for breakfast. It was easy to get a parking space. However some of the hotel decor was quite dated, for example the carpets in our corridor showed plenty of signs of wear and tear. Overall the hotel was reasonable value for money.

Charming, Affordable Hotel under Renovation

The Green Hotel has character and charm. Currently being remodeled, some of it is in a shabby chic state at present. But I prefer that over boring and bland. The spaciousness was also a welcome change over tiny rooms. They do a great breakfast, serving both hot and cold items with plenty of choice. Their affordable price enabled us to go to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The cost savings was worth the extra drive. So, all things considered, we'd stay there again -- gladly!

Hotel is in a great place. Plenty of parking restaurant was good and the food was nice and the service was good. Hotel condition. Could do a bit of improvement. Strange smell in the corridor next to my room as well as mouldy walls very outdated furniture and decor.

Lovely hotel

Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable and again huge. The staff in the morning for breakfast were very friendly, and the breakfast was superb. Lovely setting . Highly recommended.

This older property offered a nice large room with an amazing bathroom. The decor was a little dated and the corridors badly in need of maintenance but I felt safe. The breakfast was very good.

Sheltering from the cold.

The room was really good value for the night. It was a little bit dated, wallpaper was peeling away from the wall in places, shower was hot and the breakfast we had included was really good. All in all quite happy with our experience.

Lovely village with enough to entertain. Lock Leven brewery bar well worth a visit. Great scenery with Lock and Golf course. Hotel clean and helpful staff and got a good nights sleep.

Great music venue

Have stayed previously. Staff helpful and friendly. Great music venue. Some areas a bit tired and worn but didn’t detract. Some cleaning issues in room..sticky liquid on bedside table and dust over door frames/bathroom light. However, friendly and helpful staff and overall vibe outweighed these issues
