I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. "We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. "The check in experience was crazy, no clear directions. I ended up staying in a different floor in a guesthouse I didn’t book, presumably owned by a friend of the owner?
