エアコンや冷蔵庫は古い物でしたが、キチンと機能していました。設備は値段相応。スタッフの対応はとっても良かったです。ハムギー通りバスターミナルやベンタン市場からアクセス良し◎ 大通りの喧騒から一歩奥まってます。

Ok for a short stay

The hotel is central city location close to restaurants and bars walking distance to bus terminal and war museum and shopping areas Room is small reasonably clean some black mold I had a room with window but it just look into the window of the next building about 5 meters away It had good aircon and hot shower so for me overall it was good value

すぐ下にカフェ、近くに食堂もありブイビエンにも歩いて行ける

ホテルスタッフは皆んな笑顔で誠実な対応でした。ロビーにてドリンクが購入可能。 部屋もある程度は綺麗でトイレも綺麗です。 シャワーはしっかりお湯が出ますし水圧もそこそこです。 ドライヤーも部屋にありましたよ。 ホテルのすぐ下にはカフェがあって22時ごろまでオープンしてます。 近くには地元の食堂も何軒かあります。 ブイビエン通りからは多少離れていますが歩いて行ける距離です。 値段もお手頃だし一人旅シングルホテル派の方にはオススメです。 悪かった点は近くが工事していて少しうるさかった位です。

わざわざ泊まるホテルではない

飲みかけのペットボトルは冷蔵庫に入れっぱなし、部屋の掃除は一泊ごとにされておらず、ベッドメイキングのみ。料金も安くはなかったので、残念でした。ロケーションは問題ありません。

The internet was awesome. The service was top grade. The person at reception opened a new room for us to solve our hot water problem. The hotel is very welcoming. Right from the point we arrived and checked in.

I forgot my watch in the room after checking out and when I called for it, they said they didn't see it.....I'm sure they just kept it. I'm sad that I probably won't see my watch again. Hotel location was bleh, there wasn't much happening around. Though, it is about a 10 minute walk to the walking street. Staff was generally nice, but a bit awkward. I have friends who came to freshen up before we went out. Staff would look at me as if I "rented" them. Room was mostly clean. I found some debris near the headboard. Bathroom.....the water would splash everywhere in the bathroom after my shower. There wasn't a curtain to block the water, so the floor would be wet.

Great location if you want to walk the town. Can be noisy because of all the traffic. A very busy town.All kinds of places to eat close by. Staff very willing to answer your questions and help you out. Careful when you book because they do have rooms with no windows.

They gave me room number 303. cannot sleep whole night got disturbance. 1am 2am 3am wake up by disturbance. Air Con condition very old , noisy and not cool almost dead air -con. I ran away after first night sleep, not fulfil my 2 nights stay. . The desk staff very bad service and rude. Will never come back again.

バスターミナルに近いホテル

主な市内の観光地には徒歩で行けます。今回ブンタウに高速船で行きましたが乗り場までも１０分少々で行けます。部屋に窓はありませんでいたが快適に過ごせました。

スタッフも親切で立地も良いのですが、とにかくベッドがかたいです。板の上に寝ているようでした。24時間フロント営業なのに深夜にシャッターが閉められていてびっくりしました。横についてるベルを鳴らすと、スタッフの人が起きてシャッターを開けてくれます。

Cheap cheap cheap!

This is a cheap hotel. It's noisy, the bed is rock hard, but if you need a place to stick your head down for the night, it's absolutely fine. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are super happy to help, they're friendly - you couldn't ask for more. And it's cheap.

Near shops and restaurants

Very polite and friendly employees. Room was nice enough but did not have working Air Conditioning nor external venting. few easy changes that would have made my stay more enjoyable: - Change the shower curtain or just remove it completely. The current one is moldy - Make sure you replace all toiletries when a new guest comes in. My shampoo and conditioner were already used - Do not store construction stuff (or anything) in the stairway. It is not convenient yo walk through that and it is very dangerous in case of emergency
