Everyone was great, the rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing, and we slept so well. For these reasons, itā€™s why I returned to this property. The only thing that really missed the mark for me was the food. It was expensive and mediocre at best and the menu lacked options. There also werenā€™t other convenient options nearby.

The property was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. The food was fantastic, so much better that the all inclusive resorts. We visit different resorts in the Cancun area annually and this was by far our favorite so far.

Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!

Had an amazing time, has to be the best value in all of Playa Del Carmen. Went for my birthday, upgraded to bridal suite and they brought champagne and cake to our room for arrival and then another birthday cake in the morning! Nice quiet place, highly recommend and will be back again!

Friendly staff, super clean, very big room however the definition of the ocean view is overrated as you canā€™t really see the ocean. Food is pretty good but very limited selection and the service is pretty slow. Very small beach with only two umbrellas. The hotel is super isolated so no way to walk anyway except a few hotels nearby. The hotels manager is super nice and very hands on.

We loved our stay and recommend a room with the ocean front view. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic and the service/staff was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach, their massage services and their roof top infinity pool. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Playa del Carmen worth while and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We intend to visit again in the near future and we believe this will be our go to hotel going forward. 5 stars!
