"Highly recommend this property. Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only.

"Very happy I chose to stay at Paradisus La Perla. The property is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional.
When I was unable to make my check in time due to a flight delay, the property went above and beyond to ensure my stay was top notch. This resort is great for couples wanting to relax. If you stay on a weekend there are many fun things like a pool foam party and karaoke night.
Amenities: DEFINITELY use their spa. I booked a couples massage which included hydrotherapy...
"We booked the Deluxe room & it was excellent, more like an apartment with a very spacious kitchen & lounge area, 2 balconies & big bathroom. Great location only a short walk to restaurants/bars/beach. Secure parking. Nice pool. Only downside there was no dishwashing liquid or brush to do the dishes which is needed. "
"Wonderful all inclusive resort! The food was fabulous, the water park was a thrill for the kids, the staff was friendly and helpful. The family concierge service was a real added bonus, with thoughtful touches left in the room each day for the kids and things like reservations handled immediately and without a hitch."
"The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue.

"Great hotel . Room was clean , Ac worked great , kitchen in room was fully stocked with all we needed including a coffee pot . Walking distance to shopping , strip , restaurants, groceries . Pool and hot tub were nice . Bring bug spray ! Staff were so nice ! Even enjoyed seeing the 2 lobby cats each night - CoCo and Jimmy . I Will definitely stay here again !"
"Clean. Safe. Quiet. Close to the beach and small restaurants, but far enough away from the tourist areas. This is perfect for people who want a quieter experience and a great beach, seconds from their room.
It is also just down the street from Pranamaya Free dive which offers a variety of excursions. Great people. "
"Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend "
"Just back of the famous 5th Avenue but totaly quiet room. Great cleaning. A small big pool for a great relax and talk with friends time. Nice shallow area for kids. A few minutes walk to the Great 38th street. Nice wine place at the corner ( call Off the vine) or a more local Muy Salsa. Awesome staff and Sergio, a most helpfull and friendly man. He arranged our taxi from and to the Airport with excellent drivers. Would go back fir sure."
