"Property was immaculate. Staff were nice. Food was very good, with one exception: My entire family got very sick after eating cheeseburgers at the Sports Bar. "

"The public areas of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. The pools are plentiful and shade is readily available. I did not go to the beach. Too hot for me. Our room was clean. Nice balcony on the garden view. Furnishings and decor is dated and tired but the hotel has a major update planned so will get better soon. Staff accommodated our reservation request to be close to elevator. Much appreciated. "

"Beautiful property on a hill with infinity pool overseeing the ocean! All ocean view rooms, amazing breakfast each day and access to a great beach front club with gym, pool, beach. The club is however at a a different location than the main property and the hotel provides with hourly transport to and fro. The rooms are dated and bathrooma rather small and old. "

"My husband and I stayed here with our kids (ages 10-21) and the whole family loved it! The resort was clean, well kept, had beautiful views around every corner. The thermal springs are both easy to get to and tucked away and despite the busy tourism week, never felt overcrowded. "

Unfortunately the only thing I found that I didn’t like was the bar staff. Long waits for drinks because they were “busy” with the younger girls and they never stirred drinks after making them.
