"We were very disappointed with our stay and would not return to this resort or another Royalton property based on this experience.
The room had several maintenance issues. The shower leaked water into the toilet area every time it was used, leaving the bathroom floor wet, and the air conditioning never got cold enough to keep the room comfortable.

"The staff was rude. No matter where we went, from dining, to water park, to just overall staffers, we encountered sub-par service. The inattentiveness is un-real, constantly having to repeat yourself because the staff wants to "shoot the breeze" with each other while you try to get service. "We have visited multiple times. Not all rooms of the same classification are created equal. Most
of the restaurants are overpriced for the food quality. Staff is very helpful. Nice to have a clean room daily. The wait times for the ferry to the island are a bit long on some days. "We loved the aqua nick waterpark and the various swim up bars. However, the food quality and choices were average and disappointing.
The service was hit and miss. Half the time, some staff there gave off the feeling that i am bothering them when i ask for service which is very off-putting. The other half was good warm service.
Overall, unless your kid loves Nickelodeon or the waterpark, i would not recommend this over other resorts."

"The Cove adult pool is under construction and the turned family pool into adult pools leave young children (under 18) forced to stay at the infant /toddler pool and making the experience very difficult for parents and children . What a wise of $15,000 ! Very disappointed that I was never notified or offered proper resolution to endure this unfortunately disappointing experience and ruined vacation."
