"We just got back from Punta Cana and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resort—though only for one night due to a canceled flight and no availability at our original hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Jeifry welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. He made check-in smooth, gave us a tour, and made us feel like we had known him for years. Our room wasn’t ready right away, but Jeifry promised to do his best—and by 2 PM, we were in! He even made a dinner reservation...

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"The staff is very happy to serve and accommodate. From check-in to checkout, always friendly and pleasant. There are many dining options and the food is fresh. The pool area is very clean and even though it was crowded, staff were happy to find us lounge chairs. The grounds are very well-kept."

"The resort was nice and clean but when it comes to the food they should have more options to go eat besides the buffet. Also they should let guests know they need to make reservations for the other restaurants the day they check in. They did not tell us so we didn’t get to experience the other restaurants beside the buffet only. Other than that, the staff was nice and the property was safe and clean. "
