"Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island."

"The resort itself is perfect. Great space. Large rooms. Great amenities. Perfect pool size and distance to the beach. So clean. Our issue was the service. Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. "This property is under the Marriott and I could see that it hasn't been updated in a while. The building didn't have the luxury that I was paying for. The furniture and upholstery were old in the room and in the seating areas. The spa was small and didn't offer any updated features that I've even seen in the Marriott location in Arizona. The staff were great, except when it was time to check out, they didn't handle me properly as I was given an extra hour for late check out and they sent...
