"Rooms were clean. Property was clean but needs an overhaul pull has 20% or more of little square tiles busted and missing mostly on the bottom. I actually scraped my foot on a sharp piece and had to bandage cut. The pool staff were excellent especially the entertainment of Peppa and Michelle."

"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."

"Amazing all around, only complaint is the weak air conditioning in the restaurants and buildings. The rooms get ice cold, but dinner was always warm temperatures."

"The pros: The grounds are impeccable, the staff was absolutely amazing and our room was the best we've ever had. We opted for the two story honeymoon suite with the plunge pool and it was worth every penny.
Cons: The beach was almost unswimmable because of the seaweed. We went in late June. Do your research before you go. We didn't and the seaweed was relentless and often 2-3 feet high all the way along the beach each morning. The staff worked tirelessly to clear it each day, but the seaweed...

"I purchased Decorations and Chocolate covered strawberries. I'm glad my fiance looked at it first because they was covered with ants. There were ants trailing from the balcony to the strawberries. So cool the butler took it away and sent us new ones the next day. So we had to clean all the ants up and moved on. "The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better.
Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more."
