"The ME property is well-kept, clean and very easy to maneuver. The room was much better than most and the staff were all polite and very helpful. The only negative about our stay here is the food at the buffet is average while the food at the specialty restaurants was good, but not outstanding. Overall, a very good resort which I recommend."

"This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too."

"Beautiful spot and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Very clean and nice assortment of activities but not a big party science which is what we liked! Could find quiet spots away from the pool
with swim up bar. Special

"Staff is phenomenal! Restaurants are mostly “try to be good” and “look good” but only 2 of them are really nice. The Grill and the VIP one. Breakfast buffet is also very good.
Rooms are very good and clean 2x a day- bed were made and towels changed, but 2x a day clean and didn’t have the floors wiped or mopped and I had sand.
Room service is excellent 24/7.
I just give it a 4 star because:
-sauna is just for the spa where massages and treatments are from $180
- restaurants are bad for lunch and...

"Beautiful resort, very tranquil with great landscape. The beach area was perfect with plenty of lounge chairs available for use. Staff were amazing and friendly and the daily and nightly entertainment were great. We really enjoyed the random Karaoke sessions in the night. "

"Mini bar was stocked every morning with my choice of items. Staff was always nice, though a little slow at times. Heavy-handed at the bar on breakfast at the buffet was always hot and delicious!"
