"Beautiful resort with plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was cleaned every time we left, making it especially nice to return to after a day of activities. The restaurants were on the pricey side, but the food was delicious and well worth the cost. One tip: I highly recommend stopping somewhere to pick up bottled water before arriving. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and would gladly stay here again."

"We just stayed here from June 23-29th. Our stay here was extremely relaxing, with still many activities to participate in throughout the day & night, also with good music/ ambiance. The only reason we are giving this resort a 4/5 was that we encountered some staff members that were not welcoming. "The outside of the resort was beautiful specially the plants / vegetation, the rooms ok but the whole 6 days we ere there we had problems with the bathroom no hot water, a strong smell of sewer even from the shower and clogged drain, the wait for the restaurants was unacceptable but the buffett was great, waiters very nice specially Luis our everyday waiter."

"We had a flood in our shower. We let the cleaning lady know but it was never fixed. The food was mediocre and there were no late night food options. There was a bartender at the sports bar that had horrible customer service. The manager of the sports bar was very nice. Overall, I didn't have a bad time but it could have been better."

"I liked that the location of the resort and it was well maintained however, I wasn't pleased with the room. Upon our arrival, the remote to the TV was missing, the robes were missing, no wash clothes were in the room and the dispenser in the shower was hand soap and conditioner vs shampoo and conditioner. The safe didn't work and you had to leave the balcony door open for the AC to go off. The room was freezing and you can't control the temperature. Staff was great. Food was ok. The steak...

"The resort is super nice with slides and a lazy river. Nice large clean rooms. Didn’t like use of glass bottles around the pool area. The JWB restaurant was good, food elsewhere is decent. The staff were average mostly with a few exceptions. The 4th floor Infiniti pool has great views, spa and surrounding waterfall needs a facelift. Could do with some evening entertainment other than just the weekend. I Wanted to like it more, but was missing something to make it special."

"This is your typical mid grade all inclusive resort. They don’t allow anyone under the age of 18 in any pool with a swim up bar so if you have teens with you it can get annoying if you want a drink and want to also be with them. Food is average, the lunch buffet offered the best variety."
