"There were 6 of us in our group and we did adults only. The check in and check out was amazing. It was so easy. We had a butler who was amazing and made all our meal reservations. The property was clean and the staff was always very polite and helpful. We would highly recommend this property."

"This resort was beautiful, the nature, the staffs were so nice and welcoming. Our contemporary 2 bedroom suites was a dream. The view was amazing. Although the beach had seaweed, The Crane offered a shuttle bus to Carlisle Bay every day roundtrip which was breathtaking. You were able to visit Bridgetown as well! My family will definitely return."

"The staff was friendly. The rooms, restaurants and hotel in general was super clean. The food was very good at the buffets and specialized restaurants. I stayed at Bavaro beach hotels almost every year for the last 10 years and so far, this was the best."

"Upon entering Excellence Punta Cana, we were greeted by a receptionist that provide us a cold towel, while taking our bags, and directing us to the front desk. The view of the the ocean was visible, at this point, and it was incredible! After checking in with the hotel receptionist, we were immediately upgraded from a garden view location to a private pool location view, at no additional charge.
