"Para el precio que tiene no tiene nada de lujo , he visitado otros hoteles mucho mas economicos y tienen lujos por ejemplo Lopesan . El unico restaurant q sirve es el mexicano tiene muy buena variedad y excelente atencion los demas restaurant normales . En ese hotel estas pagando por el nombre necesita bastante mantenimiento . Es un hotel que no volveria a repetir prefiero mil veces el Hard Rock de Cancun ."

"The Royal Sonesta San Juan was fantastic. Great location, beautiful grounds, clean, welcoming atmosphere, and staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very nice and spacious, and the added patio was a nice addition. Upgrading to the club level was a great experience and worth it.
