"The room was cleaned everyday. The staff was amazing especially our butler Agapito and the bartender Tomas and Jose. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and always smiled. We were treated with the upmost politeness and will defintely return back when we can. The Ac in the room was top tier for those hot days and muggy nights. I do recommend the swim out pool room as it’s on the first floor and good for a nightcap"

I would go back again my husband love it there and he’s a very hard person to satisfy overall everything is good, especially the edge water restaurant. I went there two times. Food is delicious. Elevators did not work WiFi was offline constantly. our room flooded and no one helped to clean up the water. It flooded due to shower problems. the food had no flavor or it was cold.
