"First the good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there one night, and I would not have wanted to stay longer. The room was fine but certainly run down compared to the Expedia photos - rust on fixtures, water damage on wood and overall just needing some things replaced. The bathroom was decent. "Check in was great with Charlyn! Unfortunately we had asked for rooms to be closer to each other months ahead of time due to traveling with family and they didn’t do that. We had plenty of rooms unoccupied next to us. They told us they couldn’t do that because we didn’t have the same kind of room, but in fact, we had the exact same kind of room! "I enjoyed everything about the property!! The grounds, the rooms, the pools, poolside bar and restaurant and most of all the friendly staff. They were all amazing from the front desk to the lifeguards and security to the bar attendant and waitresses!! 10/10"
