"I love the property it is very up to date and clean and big. I love the hotel and the staff. Although the food was good, their food was always room temperature never fresh hot not even in the American food place and the other two food places. Alot of times the food was cold and there was no alternative food. Besides that i love this resort i just wish they maintained the food hot at all times."

"The rooms are decent manager is amazing some of the staff are awesome but I suggest either learning some Spanish or bringing someone who is fluent with you aside from that as soon as you get checked in i suggest going straight to guest services to make your dinner reservations the Japanese and dominican food was AMAZING"
