Breakfast was amazing. The keycards didn’t work the first 3 copies that were made and someone had to open my door with a bracelet. The key cards later worked an hour or two later. A loudspeaker in the room woke me up and said there was an emergency and everyone had to leave but 5 minutes later when I was about ready to head downstairs another voice came on and said false alarm

Upon arrival, the front desk didn’t mention anything about having to place a parking tag in our window. Luckily after dinner, another guest was filling one out and I asked if that was something I needed to do as well. The bathroom of our original room was covered in hair. The headboard was ripped up. The AC wasn’t cooling and the fan was broken. We were moved to another room which was cleaner but the AC was also broken and there was not a fan. It was late and didn’t want to deal with moving again so had to sleep with the balcony door open all night with the sound of highway traffic. One thing that was nice, and was what drew us to book the room was the amenities. Unfortunately, we will probably never stay again due to the maintenance issues.

I understand that there was a winter storm however the hotel was cold. There was no shuttle. I selected the hotel because it had a shuttle and they wouldn’t run the shuttle.The room was dirty. The staff at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that they changed my checkout time however I couldn’t stay at the hotel because it was so cold.

I like always love Embassy’s breakfast buffet!! No one does a buffet like them that includes real breakfast: eggs, omelet, pancakes, sausage, etc. definitely makes the thought to stay there more of a choice to consider. Love Embassy!
