Desk people were very nice considering how many rooms have been booked and paid for (to OYO). They happily took my money, knowing there were no rooms available. The closest I got to staying there was the hour or so I spent at the front desk, while management tried to find me a room elsewhere. I'm hoping Expedia can arrange a refund.

Outside appearances can be deceiving.

They didn't have the queen bed we had a reservation for. We stayed in a room with double beds, the beds were ok, not well made and the continental breakfast was questionable.

This is a terrible place to stay!

This was the worse place I have ever visited. Made reservations online and said everything was good. When we showed up there was no rooms available. This was probably a blessing as this property looked like a drug house.

Bad experience. Pictures don't look like what it is. Cockroaches on wall and rat in bathroom. Staff could not find keys to other rooms to switch my room or unwilling to refund.

The only reason I didn’t rate this property as terrible was that a couple of staff really tried to provide service. No one was at the desk, and the person who should have been there never showed up. Fortunately, two staff who I found cleaning got me checked in and tried to get the room ready. There were dead bogs all over the floor at check in, by check out, there were live bugs walking around the bathroom. No smoke detector in the room and at least one light fixture had no globe over the light bulb.

Home like place to stay

We were there for 12 days for the birth of our grand daughter. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, shower is small-but useable. Use can re-use towels/sheets until request new ones, which we like for environmental reasons . Have stayed here numerous times and will again.

> The shower didn't work. > The machine for hot tea water didn't dispense hot water. > The website I started on said they had breakfast included (the main reason I booked here). It did not. > The desk clerk didn't come several times when I rang the bell. > The outside door didn't lock. Anyone could have walked in. > I asked where the ice machine was. "We don't have ice." > The front desk area reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to leave the office and come back in; it was making me sick. >The shower, sink, and toilet were either stained or dirty or both. It was so bad I couldn't figure out which. > If this were my only choice of hotels in the future, I would rather sleep in my car. This was a horrible experience, and I will be writing to the company to get my money back. Thank you.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Half the time they have no wifi, and the other half their dog is barking so much you couldn’t hear the tv anyway. The showers have little to no hot water, the main area always smells like weed. They advertise as having a free breakfast but the property managers are too lazy to take the signs falsely advertising let alone serve a breakfast. Only positive I have is how private it was. I was not bothered by any staff the whole time I was there.

Very dated property. Tiles broken in the shower, had to sit on the toilet sideways, dog was barking in the middle of the night, and there was no place to set your luggage. I would not recommend.
