"Stayed only 1 night on a stopover from the north of Russia to Poland but would definitely stay again when I travel back at the end of the summer. The hotel is in almost new condition and the bed was really comfy. Elena the receptionist was very helpful with information about Pskov, which is a lovely, clean city with a fascinating Kremlin. There is onsite, secure free parking"

"Персонал приветливый, чистый номер. Хороший завтрак. Ужасная слышимость в номере!!! Из-за молодой пары не спали всю ночь. Рядом дорога и гаражи - всю время слышно проезжающие машины.Из-за этого не открыть окно.Летом это большой минус."

"Good hotel and nice breakfast. No problem for parking. Staff at reception is so so. It took 20 minutes at reception to check in as they scanned every page of passport and other supporting documents which is fair enough but the next day another lady at reception asked me for documents again and i told i gave it yesterday they were not wiling to accept and blamed me that i didnt give. There is more polite way to ask again but this blaming on clients is just amazing. "
