Place was great, well located and comfortable room. It can be noisy though and the one problem I had was that they told me breakfast would be €10 and they charged me €15 but other than that it is a nice hotel to stay.

The hotel can be reached with bus and the bus stop is not far from hotel.There are also coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream parlor. Hotel personnel are kind.

What did I like best? The friendly and helpful staff! Then it's a good choice: clean rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, easy check-in. On the other hand, to my taste, the room temperature was too high. And the location is not exactly in the city center, although it's quite close to a subway station (U-Bahn Residenzstrasse).

The staff were lovely and helpful. Room looked a bit dated, but it was very clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep in. Only problem i would say is that there were no tea/coffee in the room. But it was available from the front desk. Breakfast was lovely too. Lots of places close by to eat, with easy access to the U to get into centre when going out sightseeing. Overall, i had a lovely time and would definately stay there again.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber ok ,der Mitarbeiter heute morgen beim auschecken tat mir leid, da er das ganze Frühstücken mitmachen musste und seine Rezeption, weil laut seiner Aussage ein anderen Mitarbeiter ausgefallen ist. Was auf ein schlechtes Management bzw Dienstabsicherung hindeutet.

Hotel is dated which is reflected in the price. Stayed here for the marathon. Easy access to metro etc. No thrills but if you are only sleeping there then its fine. A few decent restaurants within walking distance.

Die Zimmer sind seit Jahren im gleichen Zustand. Die EDV ist renovierungsbedürftig, es gab Probleme beim Zahlen mit Girocard, wurde aber schnell korrigiert. Ansonsten sehr ruhig gelegen, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Korrektes und nettes Personal.

Angenehm, wenn man Zeit hat und eine ruhige Umgebung sucht. Pkw im Hotel lassen und ÖPNV benutzen. Wir waren schon über 10x im Ibis Reinickendorf.

Ich finde es beschämend das so eine große Hotel-Kette es in der heutigen Zeit immer noch nicht hin bekommt, ein veganes Frühstück mit anzubieten! Nicht einmal frisches Obst gab es! Generell war das Frühstücksbüffet sehr, sehr „dünn“, um es nett auszudrücken und die Sauberkeit hielt sich da auch in Grenzen! Aber die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, beim ein- und auch beim auschecken, waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ok. Jedoch zog über die Abluft vom Bad penetranter Zigarettenguch ins Bad und folglich ins Zimmer. Im Bad war es für mich als Nichtraucher grenzwertig.
