The classic roadside motel.
A simple motel with antique bath fixtures. While not the best bathroom, it does function well. The main room is clean and comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave worked well too. This is a great value!
My standards for a hotel are probably lower than most. I can deal with outdated as long as a place is clean. The heater worked and there was running water. Pluses. But, there was hair on the shower wall. Not just one but a clump. We chose not to shower there. Dirt on the floor. No blanket, only a sheet and bedspread. Towels so thin that if I were at home, I’d use them as rags. And washcloths were meant to be white but were more of a dingey gray. Spend another $25 and sleep somewhere clean.
This place shouldn't even be open
The bathroom had water squishing up through the floor from the sink leaking. The shower tile or plumbing wasn't finished. The cold water didn't work
Waited till after 5 to get in the room because it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to leave go to the super 8 down the road so we could shower. I hate bad mouthing a place, but like i said. It shouldn't be opened
This "motor lodge" is old, like built in the 50's/60's old and it is just plain run down. It was gross inside. The bathroom looked like 60 years of patch work and never once renovated. If it wasn't for the fact that I prepaid and was too tired the first night to give a damn, I would have left and went to an actual hotel. Look, ever heard the daykng "any port in a storm", well, this would be a port, but if you can pre-plan, avoid it.
Sewage or dirt coming from water in bathtub and would not stop. Reported it to the manager and they did not care…would not refund. I will be calling the health department.
This place was absolutely filthy. Despite their “no pets” policy, I was placed in a room sandwiched between guests with two large dogs on either side. The smoking rooms were a whole other issue—completely unbearable. The entire place needs to be shut down and given a thorough deep cleaning. On top of that, the rooms had a horrible odor, and I had to use every air freshener I had just to make it bearable.
Price was right, but it was like a post-apocolyptic neighborhood. Most walls had holes. One of two lamps did not work. Bath was dirty and pipes rusty.ost hangars were broken. Very noisy in the morning. Nowhere to eat or even get coffee.
The room apparently used to be the laundry room because there were iron burns on the carpet, there was still a dryer plug on the wall, the bathroom sink supports were 2x4's, the shower was stand up only but had a tub faucet and the shower head was about 4ft, the edges of everything in the bathroom were caulked so much it was coming off, the bathroom wall was glass blocks and are painted, i layed on the bed and realized when i looked over that someone scraped the paint off and u could look right into the shower, the ac filters were totally blocked with dirt, the tv is hooked to a light switch, the refrigerator had a load of something in the bottom of it, the bedsheets had burn holes in them, there are long stay people there and sll they do is smoke pot and sit outside, it says no pets but a dog ran at me out of a room and a person with one leg came out trying to get it, laundry was hung on the poles outside to dry. The place is ridiculous and we left before the first night. I piad the 65 and went down the road to the Wyndham super 8 which was perfect. If you want drugs tho this is the hotel to stay at. I kind of felt bad because the induan gurl at the front desk was perfectly nice.
The property was dirty, paint pealing, smelled musty,
Burn holes in the sheets and blankets, pill bottles and tampons under the bed, mold on the shower curtains, burn holes in the carpet, piles of sand/dirt in the corners of the bathroom, very large nails sticking out of the pictures on the wall. No fitted sheets, stained towels and wash clothes, we could feel the springs coming up through the mattress, microwave didn't work, . Other customers playing loud music outside in front of their door with large speakers, room next to us had 2 dogs, one was a very large pitbull (no pets allowed unless service dogs), same tenant screaming at kids all night. Very gross, we will not stay there again.
My recent stay at this motel was a pleasant surprise. For the price, I didn't expect much, but i were very impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a simple, affordable, and well-maintained place to stay, I highly recommend Beaver Falls Motel. It's a fantastic value.
