"Loved our 2 bedroom stay for 3 nights for my 40th birthday. This was for my family of 2A 2C. The girls loved the big space and spa bath. The breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the pool was cold even though it was indoors and the spa too was freezing. I had really looked forward to a winter escape. The staff did a great job with making sure the 2nd room we booked was next door to us which was a big help."

"I’m not a complainer but the wait time at reception was far too long I probably waited with my mum and kids at reception for 25 minutes at reception on both occasions and staff at reception let another person push in front of me. The person who pushed in complained about not being able to get into the room and the long wait were offered a late check out. We were not. We were not able to get into our room until after 3. My elderly mother had to sleep in warm clothes because our beds were not made with a top sheet only a fitted sheet and no extra linen in the cupboard. One of the fitted sheets on one of the beds had a hole in it too."
