"This hotel is fantastic. It's easy to get to, with a lot of tram services nearby, making it convenient to get into the CBD of Melbourne city as well as St Kilda and other suburbs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus the self serve breakfast is highly recommended. I hope to stay there again in the future."

"We stayed at the Executive Suite on the ninth floor. The room was roomy and comfortable. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We paid a similar amount to what 5-star hotels were quoting for their entry-level rooms in Melbourne CBD at the same period, so it was excellent value. If I need to pick on something, it would be very minor things: one of the two couches in the sitting room was not comfortable for longer sitting, and the shower (in the oversize, functional bathroom) could do with a shelf for a toothbrush or a soap. Minor issues indeed. We will stay there again."
