We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old. "

"Loved it got the theme park access, the room was comfy pretty easy to get to all 3 parks and close to the Gold Coast. Room was comfy and plenty of space for 3 of us. Pool and water park is probably more suited to younger kids than older, but great for a quick dip after a day at the parks. Probably wouldn't pick this as a base for the gold coast, but if up there for theme parks, which I was, I think this was a food resort style option with a 10 and 13 year old."
