"Excellent environment, facilities and services"

"I have stayed at multiple hotels at different airports, and this has to be by far my favourite. The hotel is so beautiful from the front , walking into reception , it feels so inviting and bright. The staff we're very lovely and accommodating. The room was very spacious and modern. The restaurant was beautiful and staff ever so lovely, I had a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was delicious. The eye fillet was perfectly cooked not something you normally see done right at...

"The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay. The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights.
