"Conveniently located with a restaurant that you can eat breakfast and dinner"

"Just an overnight stay and the room was very tidy and presented. Staff were very helpful as I had an early departure and explained what I needed to do. Very central to CBD with shops very close."

"เป็นโรงแรมที่สูงที่สุด ใน brisbane แต่ ได้ พักที่ชั้น 2 มันไม่ได้ชมวิวอะไรของแม่น้ำเลย"

"We thought the room situation was great that they had a queen and two twin beds and it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would return"

"I really like to stay here. Location is convenient; close to bus stops. You can walk to Queen Street for shopping. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable and clean. I feel safe to stay here. I will definitely come back to stay here. By the way, the staff team is welcome and responsible for their jobs very well. Thank you!!!"

"Very clean room. Located in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The bed was most comfortable and our floor was nice and quiet. The pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing as we had really looked forward to a swim next to the restaurant there. Overall I can recommend this hotel."

"This used to be one of my favourite hotels in Brisbane but not anymore. The room we had was old and worn looking and the bathroom was dirty. There was a lot of mould on the tiles and the shower screen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. We paid extra for a city view and what we got was looking straight at a highrise building and a building site with stuff strewn everywhere, not a nice view."

"We had a good time."

"excellent access to the city by bus without the city hassle and or walkable"

"Property is pretty run down. The sheets had some stains on them. We did not complain about it as this could just be an overloaded commercial machine wash. The overall hotel is dated and needs some renovation. Breakfast downstairs was nice and they really looked after us otherwise as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday!"

"No changes since my last review. We had an amazing time in South banks!"

"We had such a lovely stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and made getting around so convenient. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again!"
