The host and staff were very friendly. The room was the best deal we could have imagined for space and comfort. Looking forward to booking again the next time we come to Japan!

Great host and very comfortable room that fitted three of us well. Good to have kitchen facilities and seperate toilet to shower room. Lovely little lounge cafe dedicated to guests downstairs too. Easy walk to Senso-Ji temple and Happerbashi street. We were even given a free Samari lesson with swords by the owner which was super special and fun. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Hôtel bien situé, tout prêt d'une épicerie et dans un secteur très dynamique. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro Asakusa et de Sensoji Le déjeuner est modeste. L'hôtel est difficile à trouver. Toutefois, le propriétaire nous a envoyé par courriel, quelques jours avant notre arrivée, les directives pour s'y rendre. Il est recommandé d'arriver avec la tombée du jour, car vous pourriez avoir de la difficulté à le trouver.

Très bien situé a côté du sanctuaire d'asakusa et ses rues marchandes, personnel sympathique et accueillant, chambres bien équipées. Parfait.

地點好，近超市，吃東西逛街方便。 房間的走道有點岝，因房間小所以是上下舖，附早餐，整體來說還不錯

首推可以開伙 且巷口就有Life超市 便宜又好買 吃了五天和牛 都不用去燒肉店了 哈 房間整齊乾淨 隔音感覺也不錯 唯一缺點就是床鋪不夠紮實 上舖一動就有金屬異音很大聲 早餐尚可 整體來說值得

When booking our stay we weren’t sure on what we could do that was close by, but after exploring the area for some time we found plenty to do when it came to shopping, sightseeing, and cuisine. The staff was also very kind during our stay and as a group we felt very comfortable there. The only negative thing to happen during our stay was during our last night there, where we heard a lot of banging assumingly coming from whoever was above us. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would book a stay in this hotel again, for future trips to Japan.

약간 생소한 시스템이지만 대체적으로 만족

아파트형 숙박시설로 룸 안에 조리 가능시설이 비치되어 있으며 일반 호텔과 달리 이 숙박 시설에는 프런트 데스크가 없습니다.(예약 확인 및 체크인/체크아웃 등의 정보는 이메일을 통해 안내됨). 조식의 경우 간단하게 준비된 식빵, 계란 등을 개인이 약간의 조리를 해서 우유, 오렌지 쥬스 등과 먹는 것으로 보통의 호텔 조식과 같이 다양한 음식이 조리되어 준비된 것이 아니므로 처음에는 약간 생소할 수 있으나 서비스 방식에 대해 알고나면 큰 문제는 아님. 도쿄 매트로 및 공항과 연결되는 케세이 라인에 대한 접근성은 약 10분 내외의 도보로 도착이 가능하다. 전반적인 만족도는 보통 이상.

We love the appeal

It gives you a sense of how it feels like living in an apartment in Japan, whcih is part of its appeal. Despite its simplicity, my family still loved it. Peaceful neighborhood and very homey. The internet wasn’t working though for a couple of nights. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Self-contained apartment within walking distance to the Asakusa Shrine and adjacent touristy streets. Lack of a washing machine in the apartment is a minus. (There is one in the dinning area.)

Good location

We were very happy the owner let us checked in the hotel early as our flight reached Narita airport quite early in the morning.Very good location,can visit a lot of places just by walking distance.A lot of convenience stall near by..Hotel provided free breakfast.We like the hot coffee and Japanese bread very much.Owner very kind and polite,will give supportive information if want to take train or go else where.We were very happy with our stay!

No front desk

We booked this hotel on the day of our stay at around 1-2 pm.. when we reached the hotel, we realized there is no front desk, its jst like entering any building , there is a security cam there and a lift and a wierd robot. There were some names on a board there with room numbers .. we didnt knw wat to do.. we were waiting for smone to cm.. there were lot of instructions in english everywhere and one said tat they may hav sent the room number via mail. Thankgod we jst got a new sim card and had net, and found a mail from the property saying our room number was ...and apparently the room wil be unlocked and key wud be on the table there . We were happy to see that as it was alrdy too cold / dark and we had a baby with us , it was arnd 5 pm then.. when we went to our room, it was locked . We had absolutely no clue wat to do next.Then we found another mail, saying tat their staff would come by 8:30pm only and tat if we wanted we could cancel!! Then there was another mail from the owner afer this saying tat so and so is the room and all instructions . Then immediately another mail saying the staff will be there only at 8:30 and sure enugh, someone came only at 8:30 pm. 2 and half hours waiting in tat tiny entrance with a small baby was terrible.My hus tried calling all the numbers provided ,none went thru. Once we got to the room, it was clean, had few utensils, no complains.if you hav a jr pass, you need to go to akihabara( 200 yen) then,use the yamanote and other free lines.

安靜舒服的旅館

屋主房東和藹可親，屋內乾淨整潔，住宿環境安靜舒適，衛浴馬桶乾濕分離規劃友善，可多人同時使用不同區域，非常方便！ 樓下即有好吃的西式麵包早餐，方便解決早餐問題！ 洗衣機、洗衣粉、衣架、夾子吊架應有盡有，是給不想裝太多行李出門的旅人方便的住所！ 淺草的物價，相較於東京其他處是較為便宜的地方，可以發現隱藏於巷弄間的美食小店，既便宜又好吃，令人久久無法忘懷！ 即將回程的前一天，老闆還細心地解說如何前往機場對我們較方便，真是貼心極了！ 若是有機會再度來到淺草，還是會選擇住在雅順 「GA-JYUN」旅館的！
