Good but a lot to improve

The hotel looks nice, the terrace with the pool was close even to go and see the sunset (what I was expecting to see). Bathroom was smelly, AC was not working and the room was hot (outside 18C, inside maybe 27C). It was very expensive for the service. Breakfast was good

The breakfast was really bad, all the hot items were cold, the juice, served fresh on every street corner, was from a can, the cold milk was warm etc… The room was alright, but had to ask for towels, a duvet cover, batteries for the remote etc. The spa connected to the hotel was open but not open and their hammam was not operational ? But would be in 2-3 days… maybe. Depending on who you would ask. The security and service staff was really nice, attentive and very welcoming and friendly.

Day 1 - cleaning was not done untill i called at 2pm Day 2 - cleaning is not done untill now (2:30). I had to go to reception. Hallway very dirty. Towels and blankets are filthy and overused. This is not radisson.

We asked for the AC to be repaired and we came back 5hours later and no one even bothered entering the room. The staff were very nice but they just listened but never did any action.

This is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at, can’t believe it is Radisson and rated 5* - AC was barely working and then totally broke down (it was +33 outside). Took 5 hours to fix after I reported it, during which we were not able to stay in the hot room. - TV was not working - Safe not working - Wifi broke on the 3rd day and they failed to fix it. - A number of items were missing from the room (it was a room for 2 but was fitted with 1 robe, 1 cup, 1 spoon etc). I asked to fix, but nothing happened - shower was flooding the bathroom and part of the room - superior room had a view over junkyard - the only good thing was breakfast, but every day I had to ask them to boil water (it was room temperature in the pot) and open teabags which were sealed shut and needed scissors Small things one can leave without even though one paid for them, but I don’t understand how a business hotel fails to provide basic things like a AC and a wifi.

This is 2 or 3 stars hotel, far from 5 star. No amenities in the room, shampoo, body soap and conditioner bottles empty. Parking guards, belle boy & reception staff were trained but, restaurants servants were extremely unkind and no hospitality. Our son with high fever and not been able to take breakfast at restaurants so we wanted to bring him at least some fruits. Servants didn’t want to allow us and wanted to verify if we don’t steal fruits? We wanted to ask to their manager who did no show. A part from receptionist, they don’t manage well languages.

Terrible experience with top floor restaurant. Attendant was more interested in watching live football instead of servicing us. Ordered a pasta expecting to be vegetarian but had chicken in it. Manager was courteous and helpful and accepted the mistake. Room was clean but phone wasn’t working so couldn’t call room service or house keeping

Wir kommen gerne und regelmässig her, das Haus ist sehr gut geführt, Herr Nizar ist Hotelmanager mit Leib und Seele. Immer fröhlich, jederzeit da um ev. Hilfe geben zu können. Klare Empfehlung selbstvfpr mehrere Tage. Es fehlt manchmal an den Details der Sauberkeit und der Instandhaltung, aber die Zimmer im grossen und ganzen immer Tip-top, sehr grosszügig mit sehr guten Bettes. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, immer freundlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Zustand der Rooftop Bar, das ist ziemlich "abgerockt“, Service und Qualität der Speisen entsprechen leider nicht dem sonst sehr, sehr guten Niveau des Hauses. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Haus.

Ein Ruhepol in Sfax

Das Hotel ist trotz seiner Grösse sehr persönlich geführt, der Direktor ist höchst aufmerksam, immer bestrebt den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück ist lokal und reichhaltig, mit audmerksamem Service. Moderne Zimmer, geräumig, für lokale Verhältnisse in TOPZUSTAND. Einzig die Roof-Top Bar ist enttäuschend. Begrenzte Speisekarte, das Essen war SEHR schlecht, wir haben es komplettt zurückgehen lassen. Das Angebot an Drinks u d Weinen ist sehr gut, mit tollem lick über die Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Haus und empfehlen es sehr.
