Netjes, schoon. Vriendelijke eigenaar en schoonmakers. Het is wat gedateerd dus verwacht niet het meest luxe. Daar tegenover staat dat alles super schoon is en functioneert. De lokatie is echt super 👍

Great place to stay in Sevilla

I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about the place. The lady that was working there, I believe her name is Carmen, was extremely friendly and helpful. The first night when we checked in there was a problem with our air conditioner and it is extremely hot in Sevilla in September. I messaged them about it and got a response right away. Carmen came and checked it out while we were out and found it wasn’t working. She left us a key for another room and called a technician right away to fix the problem. The air conditioner worked great in the second room and the day was saved. The room was clean, comfortable and super convenient. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Sevilla. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic location, central to main attractions and restaurants, but set back in very quiet courtyard. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Checking in was easy and provided with all the information we needed. Would highly recommend this as a base whilst staying in Seville and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Alojamiento en pleno centro de Sevilla, silencioso, a pesar de tener tan cerca la Calle Mateos Gago, que está delante de la Giralda. Apartamentos muy cuidados, con cocina completa, muy limpio, camas muy cómodas. Nuria es la persona de contacto, muy atenta, se preocupa porque no falte de nada, te ayuda a resolver cualquier duda. Es nuestro establecimiento preferido de Sevilla, ya que hemos ido por tercera vez. Es un placer hospedarse allí

Great location!!

Breakfast and dinner on the roofterace really made our stay a 10/10. The location of the apartments were suberb - close to the centre yet it felt quiet and tucked away. I highly recommend a visit!!

Very cute apartment in a perfect location!

We had a great stay here over the Seville marathon weekend. The apartments are really beautiful and the rooftop terrace is also a nice bonus. We were allowed to do a late check out due to the marathon as well which was very kind of them. Would definitely stay again!

GOOD for stay

대성당과 알카사르 근처에 있는 곳이라 이동하기 굉장히 편했습니다. 스페인 광장은 도보로 15분 정도 걸렸던 것같습니다. 셀프 체크인 방식이라 편했고, 방은 거실과 주방이 있어서 편리했습니다. 예쁜 작은 정원이 있다보니 개미는 조심하셔야 될 것같아요~ 위치는 처음에 헷갈리실 수 있는데, 골목 안쪽으로 들어간다고 생각하시면 됩니다! 알카사르와 불과 3~5분 거리라 좋았기에 추천드립니다!

friendly checkin and staff. location was fantastic. difficult to get taxi at off hours. the room was small. a bit cramped for four people.

Parfait à 2mn à pied de la cathédrale et des bars

Séjour parfait dans un appartement décoré avec goût. L’Appartement au rez-de-chaussée côté rue « profite » des bruits de la rue malgré le double vitrage mais jamais au delà de minuit. Gênant si vous êtes couche tôt mais dans ce cas, évitez le quartier des bars :-) Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante parlant bien français et anglais contactable facilement et rapidement via WhatsApp. On reviendra certainement.

Très bel endroit, bien équipé. Central, parfait pour tout faire à pied. Nouria est extrêmement gentille et serviable. L'appartement est très bien pour trois personnes. C'est très calme et pourtant très animé aux alentours. Je recommande à 100%

Many pluses and minuses, pricey for value

While we loved the location, the long-into-the-night noise level from the street and Bodega was too much, and the people above us, too, were noisy. The bed comfort so-so, but nice to have sitting rrom and kitchen. Hosts were lovely and helpful and we appreciated the free washer-dryer. It's a bit dark. Overall, we feel this is more appropriate for people who stay up late and can use a kitchen. But the price is steep. We thank the hosts and wish them well.

Très bien !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nuria, qui nous a accueillie parle très bien français et nous a écrit via Whatsapp la veille de notre arrivée afin de nous donner quelques informations bien utiles (localisation, équipements, etc). L'appartement est particulièrement bien placé, à quelque pas de la Cathédrale et de l'Alcazar. Situé dans une impasse, nous sommes épargnés par le passage et le bruit des terrasses du quartier. L'hôtel a deux terrasses dont il doit être bien agréable de profiter à la bonne saison. Nuria a été très arrangeante sur nos horaires d'arrivée (pour garder notre valise) et de départ. Merci pour ce séjour !
