Hotel simples, mas decepciona pelo atendimento e limpeza. O chão estava sujo e faltou assento no vaso sanitário. Foi solicitada a regularizaçao, mas nao foi atendida.

Dentre todos os OYO que já reservei, este foi o de pior condições, o café da manha nao é igual aos outros, teve um dia que não tinha pão mas só fomos saber quando ligamos para a portaria, duas horas depois. Os arredores nao é muito agradável o que sugeriria um serviço de quarto.

Local é simples como é de se esperar pelo valor cobrado, contudo poderiam dar mais atenção para limpeza e manutenção dos quartos, a recepção é completamente antiprofissional e desorganizada. Chegou ao absurdo de não possuírem toalhas de banho, como o telefone não funcionou precisei ir 2 vezes até a recepção para solicitar as toalhas e obtive como resposta que eles não sabiam se tinham as toalhas, as mesmas só foram entregues a nós uma hora depois. O vaso estava solto, dava a impressãode que iria cair, o assento sanitário estava se desmanchando, literalmente, sem falar no aspecto de encardido.

Horrível. Banheiro sujo, não saia água da torneira da pia, chuveiro péssimo, não tinha telefone no quarto para reclamar na recepção, no corredor no andar onde fiquei tinhaum vazamento no teto pingando no meio do corredor. Café da manhã péssimo. Não recomendo.

As fotos devem ter photoshop, pois não condiz com a realidade. A falta de boa vontade dos funcionários é perece, tivemos problemas quando chegamos porque nem sabiam de nossa reserva. Os quartos estavam até limpos, mas os serviços péssimos. Entre os vários problemas tive um que era com a chave do quarto. O miolo da fechadura estava solto, comuniquei isso ao funcionário da portaria que disse não poder fazer nada, solicitei então uma chave de fenda, pois me prontifiquei para fazer o serviço. O funcionário disse que não tinha nenhuma chave de fenda no hotel (como?) e depois de muito eu insistir ele foi a um bar vizinho pegar, muito a contra gosto trouxe uma chave que mais parecia um talhadeira de tão grande. Resumo da ópera: quase sempre ficava trancado no quarto e era necessário abrir por fora. Palavra de ordem: Decepcionante do D maiúsculo. Barato sim, mas sabe aquele ditado do barato sai caro? pois é, este ditado faz valer aqui.

Pessimo

Cheguei na madrugada por atraso do vôo, o atendente da recepção estava dormindo ( palavras do mesmo) e como o local nao é muito " turistico" saí do local pois não pude entrar ,rodei de carro por quase 1 hora na cidade sem conhecer nada. Entrei no site e dizia recepção 24h, entao retornei e bati na porta novamente e ainda disse que ia ver se tinha um quarto em condições..... as fotos do anuncio nao condizem com o local, saimos pela manhã e qdo retornamos a noite o quarto estava do mesmo jeito, boa houve limpeza nem arrumação, no domingo as 7h da manhã as funcionarias da lompeza estavam rindo alto e escutando musicas no celular pelos corredores acordando os hóspedes. Realmente um desastre.

Pelo preço cobrado, recebi um serviço bom e à altura. O quarto estava bem limpo, mas as condições das instalações do banheiro eram um pouco precárias. Quanto ao estacionamento, não tive nenhum problema.
