I sent a message through the expedia app only hours after to request a refund and leave the hotel and have heard nothing, I was in absolute SHOCK by the filth and sketchiness of this hotel. I wasn't going to write a review but now I feel like I have to because I got home to realize MY ENTIRE BODY IS COVERED IN BED BUG BITES, I have them all over my FACE, arms legs and torso. I had two nights booked for the Speedgoat 50k race but I left ASAP very early in the morning on my first night to get away from this place, I felt so unsafe and awful there that instead of coming back for my second night I drove straight home after running for 9 hours in complete exhaustion. Id rather have come home than face going back to this place. I wouldnt have even dared shower there. There were people sleeping outside of my room on the stairs and not even a blanket on the bed!! just a sheet with cigerette burnholes in it!! If i am not refunded at least for the one night that I left and did not stay I would consider sueing. It not only cost me money for a place i did not end up staying it, it also has cost me NEEDING TO TREAT MY OWN STUFF FOR THE BEDBUGS. I am itchy from head to toe and this place really ruined my entire weekend, i will be taking up a complaint with the BBB as well.
