The location was really good, a couple blocks away from the beach and all the restaurants/ coffee shops. Rooms were super clean and the pool area is beautiful!

Lovely pool facility and nice patio with many plants. Breakfast area was lovely and option for breakfast from pancakes to rice & beans & eggs. Potion sizes were moderate. Hotel was undergoing renovations but we were aware of this and it did not impact our stay. Lovely staff. Highly recommend this oasis in the city.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and modern and in a very good location for dining and activities. The pool was also very nice. The "hot tub" was not hot it was colder than the pool but overall very nice. Also the shower was not luke-warm on the hottest setting but finding this common in CR. Final word...I would stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I had slipped and whacked my head getting out of our shuttle on arrival and the lady at the front desk got me ice and carried our luggage to our room. She made sure to inquire how I was feeling the next couple of days. I felt well looked after.

I stayed in a room that was recently renovated, and it was very clean. The room had a brand new AC as well as nice size refrigerator. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bus station are just a few blocks away. It is located right in the middle of the city, so I would bring/buy a pair of ear plugs if you want to sleep in late because people are up early in this city! Highly recommended.

Personally, the only downside for me was the bed. The comfort level was a 2/10, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to sleep at all because of it. They did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated, but I still want to leave an honest review based on my experience. The staff was truly incredible — extremely helpful, attentive, and very diligent throughout my stay. The facilities and the location are also very good, which made everything easier and more enjoyable. Overall, wonderful staff and great property, but the bed comfort was a major issue for me.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were all very accomodating and helpful in every way. The pool was well maintained and nice. The "hot tub" isn't hot, but it was nice to chill in. Our room was wonderful and roomy. The property is still under construction, however, it will be most wonderful when finished. The Wide Mouth Frog was a breath of fresh air.

The bathroom is way too compact. They turned off water supply during our stay and took forever to turn it back on after talking to them. For most requests to the front staff they promised they would send someone over to the room and not once did anyone show up.

Save some money and stay here!

This town has really changed for the better! There's a great restaurant a few blocks away called Baru I think it was... Sanchez was also good, and there's a place to have your laundry done about a block away, Sanchez hostle. And polllandia was also great food, close walk to the bus station, we drove but traffic was terrible! I liked Quepos better than Manuel Antonio this time, the pushy people and crowds were just ridiculous in Manuel Antonio. I'd stay at this place and just take a cab over there for the day if I went back. Prices in Costa Rica have gotten a little ridiculous in my opinion, so when you find a motel like this in a town that is more reasonable it's a jewel! BTW not sure what Thier rating is but it's not a 10 and it should be in my opinion.

Hotel chiquito como para ir a dormir y tal vez relajarte un rato en la alberca pero no para estar ahí más de un par de horas. Los cuartos son muy chiquitos y se escucha ruido si estás en los cuartos de abajo.

La habitación muy descuidada, las sábanas con cabellos por todo lado, en una parte manchadas de sangre o algo rojo. En general muy sucias. La atención fue muy terrible, el joven que nos atendió totalmente apático, sin amabilidad, nos sentimos muy mal parecía que nos trataban como indigentes en busca de un sitio para dormir. El aire no servía y la habitación no estaba lista aunque estábamos haciendo el check in a las 6 de la tarde tres horas después de lo que ellos indican. Aunque solicitamos arreglar el aire acondicionado duraron muchas horas para darnos solución. En términos generales no recomiendo el sitio y jamás volvería a ir.
