Very unsatisfied with our stay. Highly recommended that you find someone other than Kasa to stay with. The virtual check in was very stressful and hard to understand. Upon arrival the room was poorly cleaned. The coffee maker covered in old grinds. The TV didn't work not a big deal and we didn't need it repaired for our stay but i was never contacted by Kasa about the problem. We found dirty laundry (swim suits) left in the washer from the previous visit. On check in we noticed some damage to the refrigerator shelves(cracks) but unfortunately made the mistake of not contacting Kasa. After check out we received an email saying im getting charged $150 for the damaged drawer that they cannot prove happened during my stay.Kasa never apologized for the room conditions we found they were only concerned about charging us for damaged that we didnt do.we will never consider staying with them again and hopefully for your sake you won't either.If your housekeeping staff missed all the problems we found then their credibility about the drawer not being damaged before our stay does not stand. Thanks for stealing $150
