"This property is beautiful and very relaxing. The private onsen on the balcony was a dream. It’s so lush in the surrounding areas. It was amazing just to soak in the hot springs bath in the quiet of the outdoors. We were a little concerned because of the reviews. There is nothing to be concerned about if you understand what you’re getting. It’s a quiet resort with not much close by. There is a Family Mart if you aren’t eating at the restaurant but that’s it. We explored Hakone for the day...

"Everything are very good. Hotel services, cleaning, food (breakfast and dinner), wearing Yukata and nice staffs. The view from lobby and room are very perfect to see Lake Kawaguchiko. Note if people does not drive car or take free shuttle from hotel, it feels tired when walk to the hotel from the main road"
