The room was a good size and the bathroom very clean & well decorated. The staff were lovely, very attentive and the complimentary shuttle to the train station is a great service. I really enjoyed the traditional Onsen experience and dinner in the Kokorogi restaurant was delicious - nicely presented & great service. Beautiful hotel and well maintained for how busy it was. The room was incredible with unobstructed views of mt Fuji. I bit far from town but a free shuttle bus provided transportation to nearby shopping and restaurants. The FujiQ was right next store so if you go to the park it’s very convenient.

Stayed there for a couple nights in the 4 bedded room with Mount Fuji view. Room was clean and spacious. Perfect location for those wanting to go to FujiQm Services and ammeneties provided are great, staffs are friendly. Will definitely come back.

We stayed first night elsewhere but needed a hotel closer to the bus station for the second night. This hotel was perfect for that. In fact, the highway express bus stop is in their parking lot. The hotel is also convenient for the theme park but we only walked around that (lines are LONG). They also have a few stores and restaurants in the hotel, or connected to the theme park. Room was smaller than expected but clean. Breakfast was great and worth buying in our purchase - it also had a fabulous view of Mt Fuji in the morning. Only downside was the Onsen access. It’s a public Onsen (not just hotel guests) which after our resort experience the night before was too much hassle (and more strict about clothing and tattoos)
