"Excellent view of Mt. Fuji. The owner is very nice, speaks good English, picked us up from the station for free, and gave us wonderful recommendations around the area, also responsive to texts. They also upgraded our room to a 1 whole house to ourselves, very clean and fully furnished. If you want a quieter and relaxing area with a great view of Mt Fuji, this is the one!"

"チェックインした際に、清掃が未実施であり、前の宿泊者が使用した布団、タオル、食器、ゴミなど全てそのままの状態であった。楽しみにしていた旅行だったが非常に不快な思いをした。今後この様な事がない様に徹底してい ただきたい。"
