Nice place!

I spent 14 days in the apartment, everything was very good, the only thing I can complain is about some cockroaches in the kitchen.

Property was a little dirty. It looked as if they don’t wash anything but main traffic areas. The doors and walls were very stained up from peoples hands and such. Made it seem like the quality of the place was less than it actually was.

The place is NOT as shown in the pictures. It was DIRTY and worn. The towels did not look washed. The staff is rude. They charged to clean the room and never did. There were bugs which we believe were bed bugs. We had to throw away our belongings and buy new. We requested a refund and were refused. The worst place ever.

this was the worst vacation experience of my life. The bed was dirty with hair and stains from the previous guests. There was layers of dust all over everything. Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in years. When I complained to management all they would refund me was a cleaning fee. The place was so disgusting that we had to go to another hotel and with all the pictures of proof that we sent, management would not refund our money. This was supposed to be a nice vacation for my family ( which includes 4 kids). I don’t know how they think this is acceptable!!!! Their customer service is by far the worst!!! I do not recommend this place!!!

I had concerns if this property would be able to accommodate my family of 6, however, I was very happy with the space and the amenities for the price that I paid. Would have cost me significantly more had I stayed at an extended stay hotel. There are a few quirks that are merely cosmetic but overall the property was clean and accommodating. I would recommend to others

Mold infested!

Mold was clearly visible in bathroom behind the mirror. It was horrible!

Do not stay here.

Did not provide the right code for the door. Called ahead to make sure, but the ill-advised employee still made a mistake. Had to book another hotel. Hotel.com did not help in returning my refund. They let this hotel push them around. The hotel have no morals, can't admit fault. Do not stay here. Read other reviews, I'm not the first person to be stranded.

A little let down

The location was really good with easy access to good transport links. However the building and appartment need updating from a decor perspective and the cleanliness was shocking. Floors dirty, mattresses and furniture stained, taps in kitchen loose and we had to clean the oven tray before we cooked one night, as covered in burnt on food from previous visitors, not great 😢😢. Images of apartments and building on line are very deceptive and misleading. It was also very noisy, with neighbours banging around at all hours and the air con blaring and dripping but essential in the heat. System needs a service to reduce noise.

Lappartement est plutot bon mais tout les services connexes sont tres decevant. Pas de personnel pour nettoyer ou changer les serviettes et les draps, appartement infestés de cafards, climatisation vraiment bruyante, 24h pour venir deboucher les fosses sceptiques alors qu'une minute aurait suffit, communication catastrophique à larrivée.

I Didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have no wash cloths , the water had a bad smell , the bathroom sink when you run the water nets comes out . It was a dead roach on the inside of the toilet . I only liked the check in and sheets .

We turned on the kitchen light in the evening and bugs rans across the floor There were dead bugs on the floor in the morning. They charged and extra $15 a night because we had 5 people, but we only got one towel each for the weekend and no hand towels.

Building was close to free transportation trolley. Bed was comfortable. Apartment a good size. Everything else was terrible. There was some kind of large bug looked like a dead cockroach in light fixture. I have pictures. My mother-in-law sat on one of the kitchen chairs and discovered the back legs were broken and buckled under her. There was black mold in bathroom on baseboard between the shower and the sink. The steps in the front were all broken and a tripping hazzard. Gap under front door where bugs, mice or small snakes could enter (about an inch or more). People upstairs were noisy moving chairs across floor and banging on and off throughout night. There was no one to call that could solve the problem. We didn't feel safe going to talk to them as we didn't want a confrontation. The front door of the bathroom vanity fell off when my husband opened it. Toilet paper roll holder was cheap and unsteady. We were very disappointed, for the money they asked it was not worth it. We paid $676 three nights.

Save yourself the trouble and hassle do not book this place. Twice I reached out to them stating I would be arriving at 5 am and was just told that I would receive my check in info at midnight of the day of my expected arrival. At no point did they ever say to me I wouldn’t be able to check in. They left me stranded with no where to stay. They claimed they try to accommodate me but they did not, they only said they would try to find me a room. At that point we made other accommodations for ourselves because we no longer wanted to stand outside of this establishment after being up from the prior day traveling. These people use deceptive tactics and are unprofessional. All they do is give you a run around. They take your money and when a problem arises they don’t care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
